Great food which doesn’t comprise on quality but is well priced, good selection of drinks and nice decor with booths and regular seating area. Has a sports bar vibe with sky TV and a good amount of TVs but without it being overbearing if you’re not there for the TV. Cocktails are a good selection and well priced. Free parking on non match days.

Sunday dinner at Sandy Pate Bar (Stags ground). I've just called in by myself without a booking and the staff were great. £13.50 for a 3 meat combo. I asked for extra gravy and got a free extra jug. The meat was falling apart brilliant. Massive yorky and loads of lovely veg and mash with stuffing and crackling. A Guinness zero was £3 a pint. Pudding selection not brilliant but I couldn't manage one. Kids Roast £5 I've been out to quite a few Sunday roasts lately and paid up to £23.50 but this wins. There's nothing I could fault.

Massive portions that broke me. The service was superb,very clean and a very comfortable bar/restaurant. Honestly I was very surprised at how good it was, I think being in a football club I wasn't expecting much, I couldn't believe how wrong I was. Definitely going again.

What a lovely place- Mansfields hidden gem. I had gammon it was cooked beautifully. Thick & juicy. Had pineapple & egg garden peas onion rings & fries or there was chunky chips. It was far better than any chain pub meals. My grandaughter had hunters chicken. This place is a must try Great price for the amount of food & the quality

First time at this lovely little place. Friendly staff. Place itself was comfortable and clean.Food was excellent, the best steak I've had in a long time. Great value for money, portion size is very good. One gripe is it's card only, not everyone will have this option apart from that I would highly recommend a meal here.

Went here to try the new Christmas menu they had just launched, (turns out we were customers 1 & 2), and it was absolutely SUPERB. We had the full 3 courses, which is only £18 and everything was beautiful, the food is piping hot, tastes great and you get a good sized portion. The chef, (Lenny), even came out to talk to us to make sure we were happy with everything, she was so lovely. The staff are so attentive, and Mandy at the bar always made sure we weren't waiting for drinks and did we want another round. I can't fault this place at all, great service, excellent food and warm and friendly staff, we will definitely be back!!

Best Sunday dinner ever!! Lovely drinks, lovely food and we have been here so many times and the food never disappoints! However I did book Saturday afternoon for Sunday, I called up asking for a table and they took my name and number but they never wrote my booking down so I felt awkward when we turned up and they told us we weren’t on the list when we definitely booked. They did make us up a table and resolved the problem though which was good service so thank you!
